I served as the primary UX support for REI’s enterprise product metadata management ecosystem. In this role, I executed the design of a critical new tool for REI employees, from product roadmapping through the MVP release. Working closely with an agile team of information architects, developers, and product managers, I designed an intuitive interface for making changes in bulk to the product database. Through frequent user testing and research, I was able to design an effective solution tailored to our users’ specific needs.
